Our truth happens when we truly see, know, and accept who we actually are; what we actually do, think, and want.

Acknowledging what makes us feel uncomfortable, weak, and conflicted. It’s all the stuff we hide from ourselves and others, for any judgment that may follow. Speak true is what happens when we decide to say and be what we actually are, and not what we wish we were. It’s what happens when we stop trying to escape ourselves.
